Viva Technology 2024

The Viva Technology 2024 conference was a pivotal event for La French Tech Krakow, marking a significant participation with notable achievements. For the first time, both the Krakow and Warsaw teams were represented by seven board members, reflecting their deep commitment to enhancing tech partnerships between Poland and France.

La French Tech Krakow played a key role by co-organizing two major side-events. The Eastern European Startup Party was a showcase of innovative startups from Poland, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Romania, and Ukraine, providing a platform for rapid pitching and networking with over 100 venture capitalists and industry partners. Additionally, the Networking Event for French Tech Communities in Europe was a major highlight, uniting 19 French Tech communities, more than 15 startups, and 200 entrepreneurs and investors in a dynamic exchange of ideas and opportunities.

Romain Rebour from La French Tech Krakow also moderated a panel discussion on GreenTech innovations. The session featured prominent speakers including Stéphane Batariere from Ekoenergetyka, Dr. Mateusz Maj from VivaDrive, and Antoine Dechezleprêtre from OECD, offering valuable insights into the latest advancements in sustainable technology.

Furthermore, La French Tech Krakow participated in the French Tech – The Romanian Touch event at the Romanian Embassy in Paris, which was an excellent opportunity for building connections and sharing knowledge.

La French Tech Krakow’s involvement at Viva Technology 2024 underscored its crucial role in bridging the French and Polish tech ecosystems. The conference not only facilitated exchanges but also highlighted the expanding collaboration among tech communities across Europe. Our team returned from Paris with renewed energy and a wealth of knowledge, poised to continue fostering impactful tech partnerships!
