This Monday, La French Tech Krakow had the pleasure of meeting students from Esdes Business School, who are spending the semester at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie as part of an exchange program.![]()

My journey into tech is the result of a bold career transition. Originally from the world of architecture and design, I made the leap into tech in 2017. What fascinated me was the constant evolution of the tech field—a space where creativity, problem-solving, and impact come together to shape the future.![]()
Today, as I lead operations and business development at Prime Analytics, I see firsthand how technology empowers businesses and individuals. I strongly believe that we need more diverse perspectives in tech, and I hope my journey inspires others to take the leap.![]()

One of my proudest achievements is successfully transitioning from architecture and design to the tech industry, This transition was anything but easy. I had to train myself, step out of my comfort zone, and prove that I had a place in this ecosystem. But if there is one lesson I have learned, it’s that tech is not an exclusive world—it is accessible to those who dare to embrace change and continuously learn. Also, what’s truly making me proud is co-founding Prime Analytics and driving its growth, from the ground up to a 50+ experts firm.![]()

Looking back, I wouldn’t change much—every challenge, every obstacle, and every moment of doubt has shaped who I am today. Switching from architecture to tech was not an easy path, and there were times when I felt out of place in a highly specialized and fast-moving industry.If there’s one thing I might have done differently, it would be to trust myself sooner and embrace the fact that unconventional backgrounds bring immense value to tech.![]()
